Reliable Contracting Project Spotlight: Charlotte Hall MTA Park & Ride

The Charlotte Hall MTA Park & Ride – a 360 day, 4.1 million dollar commuter parking facility located on the North side of Golden Beach Road in Charlotte Hall – is estimated to accommodate around 500 vehicles. The lot will also include to entrances to Golden Beach road.

The Charlotte Hall MTA Park & Ride project includes:

  • 1,900 lf of storm drain
  • 2 bio retention areas
  • 14,250 square feet of sidewalk and flatwork
  • 4 bus shelters

Not only is Reliable Contracting responsible for grading and paving the park & ride, but we will also be conducting road improvements to MD Route 5 and Golden Beach Road.
