The Charlotte Hall MTA Park & Ride – a 360 day, 4.1 million dollar commuter parking facility located on the North side of Golden Beach Road in Charlotte Hall – is estimated to accommodate around 500 vehicles. The lot will also include to entrances to Golden Beach road.
The Charlotte Hall MTA Park & Ride project includes:
- 150,000 cubic yards of excavation
- A 42,000 cy stormwater management pond
- 1,900 lf of storm drain
- 2 bio retention areas
- 14,250 square feet of sidewalk and flatwork
- 4 bus shelters
- 6,200 tons of asphalt
Not only is Reliable Contracting responsible for grading and paving the park & ride, but we will also be conducting road improvements to MD Route 5 and Golden Beach Road.
