Reliable Contracting’s Spring Project Spotlights

This spring, Reliable Contracting will undertake several exciting new projects across Anne Arundel County! Read on to learn a little more about each of these projects and to stay up to date with all of Reliable’s latest news!

 Parking Lot Repair Project: Magothy River Middle Schoolreliable-project-spotlight

 Magothy River Middle School, located in Arnold, will be receiving a parking lot makeover during the course of the upcoming summer vacation. Reliable has been contracted by Anne Arundel County Public Schools to remove the outdated concrete curb and sidewalk that is currently in place, as well as necessary grading and milling. Reliable will then replace the concrete with fresh asphalt paving and will also finish off the asphalt surface with new striping.

 Complete Site Work: Data Center

 Anne Arundel County has contracted Reliable for a project that involves the comprehensive design for a new commercial site. From developing new utility main lines to establishing erosion control systems and a bioretention area, Reliable will be responsible for completing the most important structures within this new site.

 Property Maintenance Improvements: Severn Place

 Sanford Construction LLC of Columbia has contracted Reliable Contracting for a project involving the residential Severn Place property. The project will be completed as part of the SHA-mandated improvements involving milling and grading, and it will be finished with applications of brand new concrete and asphalt pavement.
