Preserve at Severn Run: Each of the 72 homes in this all green community will have an Energy Star® Certification and be built to the National Association of Home Builders Green Building Standards. Reliable did all of the site development, including over 800 Thousand in storm water mitigation and drainage systems. The current phase is almost completely developed.
Coldwater Reserve II: This single family new home community has been carefully integrated with the tranquil ecology of the upper reaches of Severn Run Park and the Severn Run Natural Environmental. Still, Coldwater Reserve is located within minutes of major employment districts, retail centers and the urban amenities of Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Reliable performed complete site development, including sewer, water and storm drain installation as well as coastal plain outfall mitigation.
The Preserve at Two Rivers (Upcoming): Located in Anne Arundel County, the Preserve at Two Rivers will feature a Gated Front Entry, an 18-hole Championship Golf Course with Clubhouse, Pro Shop and Restaurant, fitness facility with indoor/outdoor pools and activity room, and so much more.
Reliable is excited to be working on this up-and-coming project. We have signed on to perform the intersection improvements for Rt. 424 at Rt. 3, which will include storm drainage modifications to the existing lines, followed by road reconstruction.
