In 2010, Reliable Contracting broke ground on the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre and has since completed all grading, paving, utilities, and road improvement for the 80-acres mixed use development. The $275 million addition to the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre includes retailers like Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Panera Bread, and Five Below, while Wegmans is prepared to open this month.

The Waugh Chapel Towne Centre also includes 125,000 square feet of office space and 380 residential units. All in all, the Centre is expected to create 2,600 permanent jobs.
